掘削～捨てＣＯＮ一部完了
今日、着工したと思ったら、夕方前には掘削も終わり、防湿シートも敷かれ、捨てＣＯＮまで打設されていました。
ものすごく、ペースが早いんだなぁーというのが実感です。ただ、冷静に考えると、これくらいの掘削量だったら、余裕でいけるなぁーとも感じました。
気にしていた防湿シートも150mm以上の重ね代を取ってくれているし、安心しました。
僕の家の工事は、住宅金融公庫を使用するわけではありませんが、｢木造住宅工事仕様書（平成17年改訂（全国版））｣を仕様書として用いています。
なぜ、そんなことをしているかというと、設計・施工して頂くＡＢＣ建築工房さんから出てくる設計図書や標準仕様書に細かい仕様が記載されていないため、施工中に、建築現場の知識がある僕（一応、一級建築士ですし...）と施工管理者の方の間でトラブルが無いよう、契約時に取り交わしたものです。
これが、結構、役に立っています。ＡＢＣ建築工房さんの標準仕様や設計図書に明記されていないものは、全てこの仕様書に準ずることとしていますので、最低でも仕様書と同等になります。
それに、｢普通、家の場合はこれが標準です｣、｢うちでは、これ以外したことが無い｣という逃げ口上ができなくなります。（そんなことは、一度もされていませんが（笑））
明日の朝、出勤前に立ち寄って現地確認してきます。
